The Perfect Day

If you could do anything tomorrow what would it be? Imagine your perfect day.

When would you wake up? Where are you? What are the smells around you? What are you wearing? What activities are you going to do? Who are you with?

Take a time out and figure out how you can make that perfect day come to a reality. Write out a rough draft of what that day holds for you. Close your eyes and picture your perfect day in detail. Think of the small stuff like the color of your favorite flowers, if they're animals around, or maybe the heat of the sun is a part of your day. Then share that idea to whom you're spending it with and make a plan on how it's going to happen.

It doesn't have to happen all at once at first. Start with taking the small details  of your perfect day and incorporating them into an average day. When you see or create a part from that day take thought, and be grateful. Then when you have prepared and planned you can have that perfect day. Remember all the other days in our life can have perfect moments. Look for those moments!

"The only real voyage of discovery consists not in seeking new landscapes but in having new eyes."
Marcel Proust

  1. My "perfect day" is really quite simple... and could be very possible to achieve.
