A Challege For Discovery

I am doing a challege with a whole bunch of women to help discover ourselves in taking care of our bodies and minds. It's a goal oriented program that's 3 months long but of course it's to help us transition to changing our habits. Throughout this process I'm going to be writing motivational quotes, tips on success, questions to think about, good recipes, and ANYTHING that is going to assist us in the process. I hope to continue the blog beyond that. So come on gals and let's get motivated!!!

Questions to think about: Are you really LIVING life? What are your passions in Life? Create a list of your passions.


To help help start us off here is a recipe packed with fiber:

Pinto Bean Muffins:
2 eggs
1c. milk
1/4c. vegtable oil( it can be part applesauce)
1tsp. salt
1c. cooked mashed pinto beans
2c. flour(whole wheat, or half and half)
2tsp brown sugar
2tsp. baking powder


Mix Dry. Mix wet ingredients. Combine all ingredients mixing just enough to moisten dry ingredients. Fill muffin tin 1/2 full and bake at 400 for 18-25 min. Makes 12

    My challenge for the day---I took an extra walk - - - -around a neighborhood at work during my lunch time.
